REHAU reserves the right of changing the scope of the work or post based on business exigencies.</li>\r\n<li>The REHAU Polymers reserves the right to withhold or cancel program retailership to any individual or party in the event of fraud or attempted to fraud or inappropriate use of the ‘REHAU KRE Module’ program. REHAU also reserves the right to select and extend retailership to selected individual or party at its sole discretion.</li>\r\n<li>The REHAU Polymers shall not be liable for any system malfunction, system failure or disruption in access to the 'REHAU KRE Module' program, or any consequences, direct or indirect, arising from the same.</li>\r\n<li>This program is not open to staff or the immediate relatives (Spouse, Children, Parents, Brothers and Sisters) of REHAU associates.</li>\r\n<li>The REHAU Polymers reserves the right to include/exclude any REHAU Polymers product in the list of products covered in the REHAU KRE Module program, without any prior notification.</li>\r\n<li>Only REHAU Polymers has the right to continue or end the program without prior notification.</li>\r\n<li>Registered retailers of REHAU Polymers will receive promotional/transactional and program related SMS from REHAU Polymers.</li>\r\n<li>For detailed Terms & Conditions, log on to https://www.rehau.com/in-en</li>\r\n</ul>"}]}
